Welcome to the volcanic Eifel and the Mosel region
With us you live in a lovingly furnished 4-room apartment on the ground floor with about 100 square meters of living space.
There is sleeping space for max. 6 persons.
Our apartment is located in Lutzerath in the heart of the volcanic Eifel, surrounded many Maare and in the immediate vicinity of the Moselle and the Nürburgring.
Our beautiful, bright, family friendly and spacious apartment consists of:
1x double bedroom
1x room with 2 single beds
Shower / WC,
1x fitted kitchen
1x spacious dining room with 6 seats
1x living room couch
TV, radio, internet access Wi-Fi
a terrace
BBQ area and a garden with sunbathing area
For children a climbing frame with sandpit, trampoline and swings
Booking for an overnight stay between 135 and 150 €
Bookings from 2 nights with discount on request.
Final cleaning 35 €
Pets on request 5 euros per day
In addition to the many hiking and biking trails and fishing on rivers, lakes and maaren, there are only a few minutes from our apartment restaurants and shopping.

Mein Eindruck war sehr positiv,
sehr schöne ruhige Ferienwohnung mit viel Liebe eingerichtet,
großer Garten mit vielen Möglichkeiten für die Kleinen zum spielen.
Ruhige Gegend, direkt am Feld gelegen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!
Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet.
Für die Kinder gibt es einen toll ausgestatteten Garten. Die Kommunikation mit Ramona war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir würden jederzeit nochmal kommen.

Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unproblematisch. Wir sind mit Baby und Kind von 4 Jahren angereist und konnten den Garten mit Spielgeräten nutzen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern. Wir sind rundum zufrieden gewesen und freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal! :)
