At the gates of the Gulf of Morbihan and its islands, near Sainte Anne d'Auray, spiritual capital of Brittany, 90 m2 adjoining house with a capacity of 6 people maximum, on 4000 m2 of land, ideally located at calm of the countryside at the end of a dead end between Vannes (10 kms) and the port of Saint Goustan d'Auray (6 kms).
Close to hiking trails, coastal paths, beaches and ports (10 Kms) - Le Bono, Locmariaquer, Baden, Larmor Baden, Arradon, piers for Ile aux Moines, Arz, Belle Ile ... Between 20/30 minutes from the beaches of Erdeven, the Ria d'Etel, Ile de Groix, Carnac and its alignments, Quiberon, La Trinité sur Mer ....
In addition to the numerous sports and relaxation activities (hiking, biking, canoeing / kayaking, sand yachting, horse riding, golf at St Laurent, etc.) are added the historical and cultural heritage of an entire region (interceltic festival of Lorient, Fest- noz ...)

Fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster ...)

Access to private terrace with table, chairs, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue

Logement parfaitement situé à moins de 40 kilomètres de tous les sites à voir.
Accueil chaleureux par nos hôtes et très jolie maison totalement équipée.

Propriété bien située, elle est située proche de tout ( plages, sites touristiques, commerces...)
Là maison est très bien équipée comme à la maison. Et son environnement est agréable. Elle correspond aux photos.
Les propriétaires sont très agréables et disponibles. Une location que je conseille sans problème.
