Residential area very quiet near the beaches, the city center, the marina, shops and public transport. Downtown Larmor Beach and Lorient and Casino within 2km. Seaside at 100m and 5 sandy beaches between 800 and 1500m. Nautical center of Kerguelen at 3km (board, dinghy, catamaran, surf ...)

Contact avec le propriétaire très facile location très propre jardin très bien entretenu et terrasse où il est possible de prendre tous les repas en extérieur .
De plus plages superbes et visites possible pour cité de la voile par exemple.

Vacances très au calme, dans un logement agréable, joliment décoré, très fonctionnel et très propre. Taille parfaite pour 3 personnes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit jardin. Proche de la plage de Toulhard, notre plage préférée.
