About this house rental
Bright apartment, located on the mezzanine floor of a building 150 meters from the sea, with large terrace and private garden.
Completely renovated and furnished, equipped with air conditioning, composed of entrance hall and well-equipped kitchenette with oven, microwave, nespresso espresso machine, sofa bed and 32 'LCD TV, corridor, double bedroom with mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers with drawers , bedside tables and lcd tv, bedroom with three beds, bathroom with window complete with bidet, shower, washing machine and hairdryer.
The apartment has a large terrace with table and chairs and access stairs to the private garden with gate, where you can spend relaxing moments.
The neighborhood is full of restaurants, chalets, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, pharmacy, post office and shops of all kinds, very close to the pharmacy and medical guard.
The seafront is equipped with a 17 km long cycle path, sidewalk for walking, tennis courts, beach volleyball, Bau Beach.
In the adjacent street it is possible to rent tandem risció bikes.

If I could give this place and the owner 10 stars I would have! Not only was the apartment beautiful and spacious but was stoked better than any VRBO I've stayed in. The host/owner was there to great us with fresh produce and everything we needed for a "proper" Italian dinner. Her kindness and generosity verified to me, once again, the warm and welcoming hearts of the Italian people. Thanks so much for everthing!!!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder 7-12 J.) hatten ein wunderbaren 14-tägigen Urlaub in Villa Rosa, bei der lieben Vermieterin Barbara. Auch wir durften uns über einen leckeren Geschenkekorb und zahlreiche Tipps freuen.
Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alle drei Kinder fanden im Kinderzimmer eine Schlafmöglichkeit, was uns sehr wichtig war, das jedes Kind ein Bett hat.
Das Meer ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, daher perfekt für einen Badeurlaub! (Haus steht in der 3. Reihe)
Die Gegend ist ruhig, Villa Rosa ist ein netter auch eher ruhiger Ort, dies war für uns als Familie wunderbar. (Für jüngere die gern etwas mehr Leben um sich haben, ist vielleicht der Nachbarort Alba Adriatica interessant.)
Ums Eck der Wohnung findet man fußläufig, Cafés, Eisdielen, Restaurants usw.
(Uns wurde das Restaurant "Il Nibbio" empfohlen, aber wir waren auch daneben bei "Il Gabbiano" und da begeistert, jedes Gericht hat uns dort geschmeckt.)
Das Apartment hat einen Gartentzugang, das war für uns super praktisch da wir dort unser SUP und Strandspielsachen ablegen konnten.
Es war wirklich ein sehr schöner Urlaub und empfehlen Barbara bzw. Barbaras Apartment gerne weiter :)
(Das einzige was zu erwähnen ist: das Haus ist hellhörig, wir wurden vom Wecker des Nachbarn über uns, immer wieder um 5:21 Uhr mit geweckt und auch seinen Badbesuch mit der "Spülung" konnten wir verfolgen)

Appartamento perfetto per la mia famiglia, ci siamo trovati benissimo come posizione vicino al mare e servizi.
Appartamento trovato pulito e con tutto il necessario per le nostre vacanze, sull'unica esigenza la proprietaria Barbara è stata velocissima nel rimediare.

Barbara, la proprietaria ci ha accolti bene e ci ha mostrato la casa appena sanificata. Era tutto in ordine e come da fotografie. Inoltre ci ha accolti offrendoci un cesto di primizie locali e suggerendoci altri posti da visitare e dove mangiare.
Ottima la posizione della casa vicino alla spiaggia sia libera che a pagamento e al centro del paese, dai negozi e ristoranti.
Abbiamo passato proprio una bella vacanza.
