Caravan is lovely and in a good location.
Value for money. Very well equipt. Bed comfy but small. Decking is a lovely sun trap! I would recommend this accommodation.
Bed is a little small for larger folk(husband 6ft 6in) feet hanging out. A little extra cleaning was needed. Owner informed and offered to ask cleaners to call round. This was not necessary as we sorted it out ourselves.

Location suited us, we have stayed at Chapel st leonards many times.
Couldn't get in to the caravan area as we were told we could collect a pass for the entry electric gate, yet the Reception area wasnt open until the next day.
We did try to message the owners, but they didn't respond until the next day, after it was sorted.
Caravan was clean.
Could do with an update on the pots and pans though, some were very scratched.
Overall a good stay.

The location was excellent and the staff were amazing. The caravan was nice.
The single beds were very small and very little heating. The curtain at the front door was a nuisance it fell off and kept getting trapped in the door.
