The location and the size, everything was there that was needed. Took mum and grandkids for xmas. Was decorated with trimmings, even had a tub of chocolates and bottle of wine

The chalet was clean and was well stocked with tea bags and coffee for when we arrived. We stayed in a group of 4, with one wheel chair user.
It has clear access for a manual wheel chair.
The adjustable mobility bed was one of the reason we booked this particular chalet and worked no issues.
If we had any problems (which we had a slight issue when we arrived) Carole was quick to respond sorted it and checked in the next day.
We are looking to book again next year.
The double bed was very hard Will take a mattress topper if we book again. But that’s personal preference.

It was nice comfortable and clean . It was great for our little family trip.
Give us a warm welcome feeling just like we at home.
And the lady on the phone was lovely friendly and very helpful. I will definitely come back next time.

The chalet was extremely spacious and fully equipped. The location was fantastic - we normally stop in Skegness but due to my dad's health we booked the chalet to support him. Chapel St. Leonards is flat and very wheelchair friendly. Most shops, restaurants and bars had dog water bowls filled outside. Everything was close by and everyone we met were respectful. The site itself is well maintained and quiet. We also preferred the location to Skegness which is a short drive away. We will definitely visit again.
