About this apartment rental
This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Honestly for the price I wasn’t expecting much, but walking in, we were shocked! The unit was so much bigger than we thought it would be. We LOVED the balcony! That view from the balcony but being right downtown Gatlinburg was great. We didn’t have to drive anywhere if we were staying downtown. We will definitely be back to this place again. Also, thank you for the complementary Country Tonite tickets! The show was great! I have included photos with views from our balcony.

My husband and I have stayed at this location several times in the past. It provides bedrooms as well as a living room and kitchen area and laundry. All of this makes for a more relaxing experience than having just a single room available as would be in a hotel. The small pool Located in a secluded spot is nice anytime of day or night. The location is superb, being on the creek side, as well as only two blocks from the Main Street in Gatlinburg.

The condo is roomy, well equipped and very enjoyable.

This facility was just ok. It was priced moderately. The owners of this condo obviously don’t spend any money on upkeep. The couch is ripped and falling apart. The appliances are cheap and/or too old. I would not recommend this unit. However, Our family rented a condo on the fourth floor that was much nicer. So it is very hit or miss.
