This is a BEAUTIFUL two bedroom, two bath on ground floor with everything you need!!
This two-bedroom two bath condo is located at the top of the mountain on Ski View Drive.This unit has totally been remodeled with new furniture throughout including a 48 inch television , brand new wood floors and a beautiful stone fireplace with electric fire logs. The queen sized sofa lets out into a comfortable bed. If you enjoy rocking, then rock away in the reclining rocker. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and new granite counter tops which features a snack bar and seating for four. Plenty of pots and pans, dishes, silverware, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, electric can opener. There is a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Each bedroom has a 32 inch flat screen television, a queen sized bed with a brand new mattress and box springs. The name of the complex is High Chalet Condominiums. This is the complex with the highest elevation in the Smokies Area. However, you will not have to climb any stairs since this unit is on the bottom floor and in building 1. From the balcony of the condo, you can enjoy the mountain view of Mount Leconte. There is plenty of walking space to view the mountains from the resort and the pool area. Just park right outside your front door. Plenty of parking space. We have taken great care to make this unit both comfortable and beautiful at the same time. You will find everything you need for your amazing Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge vacation.
Free WI- FI service is provided in condo.We have the router in our unit. We might call to have guest to reset it occasionally.
The master bath has a tub-shower unit with a hair dryer. The other bathroom has a shower unit with also a hairdryer.

There is a start up supply of paper towels and toilet paper, dishwasher soap and hand soap.The laundry room, which houses the washer and dryer, is located on the second floor of each building. Cost is around 4.00 worth of quarters for both. Bring your own detergent.
The Resort has a large pool ( seasonal only ) 2 hot tubs, and a sauna for year round use.
High Chalet is a lovely, well maintained complex with plenty of parking space.There are 2 gas grills and several charcoal grills for outdoor picnics, a nature trail that leads into the woods. We have seen bears, wild turkeys, fox, and other wild animals from the grounds and resort.
You will find that the condo is immaculately CLEAN and well furnished to provide you with the best experience.You can count on the owner to help 24 hours a day if you have a problem.
You can go behind building 5 in the summer at 9:30 pm and watch the fireworks from Dollywood.
Sugarland Welcome Center has information on trails and other activities around the area to help make your vacation enjoyable.

The condo is cute, nicely set up but the beds are so unfortunately uncomfortable I didn't get much sleep. Maybe someone else might sleep well in a very firm mattress but we struggled.We didn't use any of the cookware or much else but it was reasonably well stocked as expected. Beautiful view from the bedrooms, was nice to wake up to.

Not as advertised. It is not a luxury unit. The unit is older. Lots of scuffed furniture, baseboards, etc. The blinds in the living room do not raise well. The tv was “down” and the fireplace was an older electric one that malfunctions when the heat option is attempted. This unit is just ok if you are looking for a basic place. It was clean at least.
