About this house rental
Seasonal rental in Yport, a few meters from the sea, 10 km from Etretat.
For 4 people, or 2 adults and 2-3 children.
Beautiful house typical of the region, brick and flint, 80m2, completely redone in 2016. Classified 3 stars
Quietly located at the end of a dead end. Flowered and maintained garden of 200m2.
Ground floor: very well equipped kitchen and bedroom with double sofa bed and TV + DVD
1st: bathroom and bedroom with double bed
2nd: bathroom and 2 single beds. Sea view from the 2nd floor.
Ideal for a family with children.
Free WiFi, TV, DVD player, washing machine, dryer, barbecue, tourist documentation, books and DVDs.
It is a house in second home in which I often go, so it is functional and furnished with furniture and tables of tastes
Close to the GR21 and Etretat golf course.
Yport is a former fishing town. Far from the crowd of Etretat, while being close.
With all the basic shops in the town: bakery, grocery store, butcher, pharmacy, doctor, café-tabac.
Rental from April to end of October, from Saturday to Saturday.
In addition: tourist tax (paid to the municipality)
Optional: cleaning + 60 €
Optional: rental of sheets and towels: € 15 (single bed), € 20 (double bed), washing and ironing by a professional company, beds made on arrival.

We were three in this nice house in july and enjoyed the week very much. We lacked nothing. Thomas and Edith are lovely landlords and the handover went smoothly. Yport has everything you need. The steep coastline is especially breathtaking. We will come back! See you again, Connie
