Quiet well-kept apartment, Frankfurt Airport 23 km, A5 easily accessible

This 65 m2 apartment is quietly located in a cul-de-sac and has its own separate entrance, so you can come and go undisturbed. You have your own terrace with table, 4 chairs and upholstered chairs and an extendable awning.
The apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed (1.80 m wide, 2 separate mattresses), 1 living room with 1 sofa bed (1.40 m bed), very large kitchen with fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, (with shower / bathtub ), and is located in the basement of a family house. We have a children's travel cot including a mattress, which we would be happy to set up and provide for you on request. We will also be happy to provide you with a children's high chair in the apartment on request. So you can save a lot of space in the car if you are traveling with smaller children.

Bed linen and towels are of course included.
Pillows and duvets suitable for allergy sufferers (no feathers / down)!

5 min. Drive up to the A5 motorway. Despite the proximity, it is very quiet with us. The planes also spare us as much as possible in our residential area.

The apartment is only about 6 km from the university town of Darmstadt, where every 15 - 30 minutes. Driving buses, u. a. directly to the university.
The bus stop is 2 min. Walking distance from the apartment.
There is also a train from Weiterstadt station to Darmstadt Hbf and Mainz.

The Rhine-Main metropolis of Frankfurt is only 30 km away, and even to Mainz and Wiesbaden you can not only take the train directly from Weiterstadt, but also by car in about 35 minutes. Weiterstadt is also a wonderful starting point for tours z. B. in the Bergstrasse wine-growing region (travel time to Heppenheim, e.g. approx. 25 min.) Or in the Odenwald.
