About this apartment rental
Spacious, modern furnished and fully equipped 3-room apartment. Large south/west facing balcony and breathtaking views of the Odenwald, the Rhine plain and the Taunus. Very good infrastructure and transport links (pharmacy, banks, shops, post office, restaurants, laundry as well as tram line 4 & 5 and bus line H within 200m distance). Darmstadt city center in 10 minutes and Darmstadt main station in 20 minutes. A parking space is available in the underground car park.
The apartment is located on the 12th floor of a residential building (lift available). It consists of a living / dining room, an office / children's room (with bunk beds, bed linen available), a bedroom (with double bed in 1.60 x 2.00 m, linen provided), a kitchen (with espresso machine, dishwasher, full kitchen equipment available), a bathroom (with Siemens washer-dryer, clothes horse, iron and ironing board, towels provided), a separate toilet, a large south/west facing balcony with breathtaking views and a hallway. Also available is Wi-Fi and car parking in the garage.
The apartment is located in the north-east of Darmstadt in the district Kranichstein.
Nearby there are public transportation (RMV) stops for the lines Tram 4 (to Griesheim) and tram 5 (to the main station), as well as bus H (to Darmstadt Anne-Frank-Straße), bus U (to Messel and Darmstadt Ludwigshöhe). By tram, bicycle or car, you are in the city center in 10 minutes and in the main station in 20 minutes. By car you can reach in 10min the A5 in Weiterstadt or in 15min the A661 in Langen. Very good connection to Frankfurt by car or by train (30-60 min).
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are a variety of shops (such as pharmacy, groceries, post office, banks, restaurants, laundry). We were met by Thomas on our arrival. The apartment was very clean and accommodating. The Tram and the buses were right outside the apartment to take you to the town center or as far as the train station. There are grocery stores nearby, and pizza and Donar, are at the entrance for a snack or meal. This is a very wonderful place to stay and Thomas is a wonderful host. I highly recommend it!
