For shared use: beautiful garden to relax. (extra). Parking at the house. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "913" 6.3 km, bathing lake "Mattsee" 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 28 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 10 m. Nearby attractions: Käsereimuseum 500 m, Porschemuseum Fahr(T)raum 9 km, Trumer Bierwelt 14 km, Stadt Salzburg 30 km, Salzkammergut 30 km, KTM Motohall 10 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Grabensee, Obertrumersee 7 km, Wallersee 20 km. Hiking paths: Ibmer Moor, Kobernaußerwald. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Das Ferienappartment bietet ungewöhnlich viel Luxus und Wohlfühlambiente. Dies liegt vorwiegend daran, dass das Appartment ursprünglich der Gastgeberfamilie selbst diente und nun an Feriengäste vermietet wird. Es ist liebevoll und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch unsere Kinder fühlten sich sofort wohl. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Man hat einfach das Gefühl, dass man willkommen ist. Herzlichen Dank für die paar schönen Tage. Das Appartement ist geräumig, sauber und der Preis passt absolut! Eine freundlichere Vermieterin als Fr. XXX wird man auch kaum finden.
