About this apartment rental
In the beautiful and lovingly renovated apartment, modernity meets history. The apartment "Traunblick" is on the first floor of the "Receiver Gütl," a more than 400 year old building that has been lovingly restored and exudes unique charm.
There is no lack of comfort in the approx. 140 m2 apartment, there is enough space for up to eight people. Dogs are also very welcome!
The apartment has the following equipment:
- 3 separate double bedrooms (2x double bed, 1x 2
Single beds)
- 1 sofa bed in the living room
- 1 tub and a shower room with toilet and 1 extra
WC
- Fully equipped large kitchen
- a large dining room with wood stove
- a bright spacious living room with access to
a balcony
- washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, flat screen

The "Gütl" is located directly on the Traun and the adjacent bicycle path, which invites you to explore the surrounding area or leads directly to the city center of Traunstein (2 km). The small district town of Traunstein has the charm of its Bavarian surroundings. Here you will find many shops, small, nice boutiques, a wide range of gastronomy and cultural offers.
Salzburg can be reached in 25 minutes, Munich in just over 1 hour with a direct train connection.
It takes about 15 minutes to drive to the nearby Chiemsee, and 40 minutes to the Königsee.
A variety of hiking and cycling trails lead you directly into the beautiful landscape of the Chiemgau.

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in einer wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Sehr gute Ausstattung in einem tollen Ambiente. Die Besitzerin hat sich immer sofort und sehr freundlich gemeldet. Alles lief reibungslos und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben ein wunderschön ausgebautes altes Haus vorgefunden direkt an der Traun. Alles hat mega gut gepasst vom checkin bis checkout.

Wir hatten einen sehr netten Empfang vom Eigentümer. Leider konnten wir erst um 17.00 Uhr die Wohnung beziehen. Wegen Corona Reinigung. Und am Abreisetag 11.00 Uhr Wohnung verlassen. Hier hat der Aufenthalt etwas Zeit verlassen. 7 Stunden Reinigung halte ich für übertrieben. Zumal die Vermieter am Anreise/Abreisetag 2 mal verdienen. Ein sehr altes Haus/Wohnung insgesamt. Eine Renovierung müsste sich bei diesen Preisen/Zahlung der Gäste insgesamt seitens der Eigentümer realisieren lassen. Wir hatten uns entspannt, Sehr gut. Hatte mein Laptop vergessen. Die Eigentümerin hat sich sofort auf den Weg gemacht und sofort mir den Zugang zur Wohnung gemacht. Klasse. Ganz liebe Menschen. Bisschen renovieren und das ist ganz lieb gemeint! Kommt mal nach Velbert, herzlich willkommen!
