About this apartment rental
We offer a 67m ² bright and cozy 2 room granny flat with kitchen and fireplace, as well as terrace and garden use. The large living / dining area is equipped with a wide corner sofa, two small sofas, TV, dining table, a display case and is located directly to the garden. The bedroom also faces the garden and is furnished with a 1.80 * 2m double bed, TV and wardrobe. In the kitchen there are all common household appliances such as a stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishes etc. The terrace is adjacent to the living area and is equipped with a table and chairs. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Lohfelden with good connections to the public bus (to downtown Kassel approx. 20 minutes) in approx. 800m distance, as well as a shopping market in approx. 600m distance. Further shopping possibilities, pharmacy, swimming pool, restaurants etc. are in approx. 1-2 km distance. For the WLAN, an access code is provided on the day of arrival, which is valid until the day of departure. A baby travel bed can be provided if required, surcharge 10EUR. All additional services must be booked before arrival.

...im WWW gesehen und gebucht, sofort Rückmeldung erhalten vom Vermieter! Angezahlt, kurz vor Reisebeginn Restbezahlung getätigt und termingerecht die FeWo übernommen. Der Vermieter ist absolut integer. Die FeWo ist vollkommen ausgestattet und gibt Unterkuftsmöglichkeiten bis zu 8 Personen. Die oben drüber wohnende Vermieterfamilie wurde von uns nicht wahrgenommen. Selbst das Spielen ihrer Kinder vor dem Haus war ohne Lärmbelästigung und ausgesprochen höflich! Danke, das wir die Wohnung mieten durften. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
