About this apartment rental
A large living / dining / work area, which also serves as a sleeping area for 3 people, a guest toilet and a kitchen with built-in furniture, dishwasher, refrigerator with 3 * freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and electric stove the ground floor area, a bedroom and a full bathroom with bath tub, shower and 2 separate wash basins on the 1st Floor.
Children can be accommodated in the parents' bedroom.
The apartment is fully furnished (newly renovated and furnished), has a digital TV-SAT connection, DVD player, stereo, telephone, internet access (WLAN-DSL (notebook is available)) and the kitchen is fully equipped for a 4 person household ,
Location: The apartment is located on the edge of the forest in the Philippinenhof / Warteberg district in a residential cul-de-sac, and therefore extremely quiet.
The bus stop of line 28 can be reached on foot in 2 minutes,
the university with public transport in 10 minutes, downtown Kassel in 15 minutes.
By bike / car you have to plan about 10/10 minutes to the university and about 20/15 minutes to the city center.
It is possible to take long walks in the adjacent forest and the corridor areas of the city of Vellmar and / or to use them as a running area.
In the district, local supply is guaranteed by 1 bakery, a Rewe local shop and an Aldi.

Die Ferienwohnung ist super und hat alles was man benötigt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich für ein schnack immer bereit und geben einen noch schöne Tipps für Unternehmungen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schöne, saubere Wohnung mit Allem, was man sich nur wünscht. Kleines Minus ist das 160 cm breite Bett, das mit einer Längsseite an der Wand unter einer Schräge steht, was schade ist, denn in das Zimmer würde ein richtiges bequemes Doppelbett hinein passen. Toll sind die beiden Toiletten und die Badewanne. Wir hatten ein wirklich entspanntes und angenehmes Wochenende. Umbdeing immer den Schlüssel mitnehmen ist Wichtig, denn wenn man im Garten eine raucht und am frühen Abend die Rollos runter fahren könnte es ein Problem geben, wieder in die Wohnung zu gelangen und die Rollos wieder hoch zu fahren.

Behagliches, gut eingerichtetes und sauberes Domizil, freundliche Gastgeber, ruhige Wohngegend, gute Anbindung an Bus und Straßenbahn.
Alles bestens.
