Apartment in the park garden in a fantastic panoramic position on the Lungolago of Malcesine.
The ground floor, spacious apartment with large living room and kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a wet room and plenty of storage space is part of a centuries-old farmhouse, which is hidden in a quiet location a bit hidden from the Lungolago in the park.
The large living room with kitchenette, dining and living area, cozy wood stove and TV opens with three glass doors to the porch directly into the garden overlooking the garden and lake. One bedroom with double bed, another with wooden gallery (ground floor two single beds and on the gallery a two by two meters large sleeping area) provide comfortable sleeping for up to 6 people. A spacious bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and sink and an additional wet room with toilet, large sink, washing machine, and a storage room provide the necessary comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and everything necessary for cooking friends.
Garden furniture, deck chairs, hammocks and barbecue area provide well-being outdoors. Perfect base for excursions of all kinds in low and high season. Village center, hiking trails, harbor and cable car within walking distance. Two bicycles are available for free.

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dem wunderschönen Anwesen verbracht. Der weitläufige und toll angelegte Garten direkt am Ufer, mit dem malerischen Blick auf Malcesine und den Monte Baldo hat uns immer wieder erfreut.
Die angenehme und saubere Ferienwohnung ist mit allen was man benötigt ausgestattet. Es gibt Hängematten die man im Garten aufhängen kann. Einen gemauerten Grill und vieles mehr...
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und aufmerksam und hat uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Wir (Familie mit drei Kindern und Hund) haben uns sogleich verliebt in Haus und Garten.
Es ist einfach nur schön hier, der Garten, der Blick auf den See und Malcesine. Ein Plätzchen in der Sonne oder im Schatten oder gemütlich in der Hängematte- da gibt es genug Auswahl!
Baden vor dem Frühstück und abends im Mondenschein? Wunderbar!
Das Haus ist zweckmäßig und komfortabel eingerichtet, die überdachte Terasse erlaubt es, auch mal ein heftiges Gewitter von Nahem zu beobachten.
10-15 Minuten Fußweg auf der Promenade und man ist mitten im trubeligen Malcesine - und dann auch wieder glücklich, wenn man die Ruhe der Casa Sopri wieder genießen darf.
Aber nicht vergessen: Mückenschutz - wie überall am Gardasee ist es sinnvoll, sich am frühen Abend gegen Mückenstiche zu wappnen - also, wirklich (nur fast) ein Paradies!!
Wir freuen uns jedenfalls auf ein Wiederkommen!

Wir haben zu viert über Ostern ein paar Tage am Gardasse verbracht.
Das Casa Sopri liegt angenehm ruhig an der Strandpromenade, umgeben von einem wirklich großen und schönen Garten! Platz für die Kinder zum toben, Platz für Hängematte und Baumsessel zum ausruhen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles notwendige ist vorhanden.
Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!
