Super zentrale Lage und trotzdem total ruhig!

Uns hat ein bisschen das „Licht“ gefehlt, da das Appartement nur sehr kleine Fenster hat!

Sehr zentral gelegen, sauber und nette Begrüßung. Parkplatz ist auch etwas weiter entfernt vorhanden.

Alles gut

Die Lage ist top - mitten im histroischen Zentrum von Malcesine mit seinen Gassen und Gässchen. Jeweils nur 5 Fuß-Minuten zum Gardasee, zu Restaurants, zu Shoppingmöglichkeiten und zu weiteren Attraktionen (Festung, Aufzug zum Monte Baldo) entfernt. Für das Auto gibt es einen separaten Parkplatz auf einem kleinen Parkdeck mit Car-Fahrstuhl

Ausserhalb (!) des Stadtzentrums existiert starker Straßenverkehr jeglicher Coleur (Auto, Bus, Vespa), wie am gesamten Gardasee. Es gibt auch viele Radfahrer:innen, die am Strassenverkehr teilnehmen, was ich gut finde, mir persönlich jedoch aufgrund der hohen Verkehsdichte nicht zutrauen würde. Radwege befinden sich im Ausbau.

The staff and the hosts gave us a warm welcome, and helped us with the access codes which worked really well. They took good care of us during the stay. The location is good, and the apartments have nice facilities.

We stayed in the K1 apartment, which was partly below ground level. After a day we noticed that the air quality was really bad. The air was humid and the apartment smelled like a rotten cellar. We shared our complaints with the hosts, which moved us to another apartment in one of the upper floors the next day. This apartment was really nice, with good air quality and we are very thankful for the immediate response by the hosts. On the last day we were transferred back to the ground floor due to a new family moving in to the apartment we were moved to. We do think that there are an underlying issue with the ground floor that needs to be fixed.
