Wir hatten einen außerordentlich schönen Aufenthalt in Casa Kaki und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!
Die Lage in der Stadt ist kaum zu übertreffen, da man fußläufig alles schnell erreichen kann (Einkaufen, Eis, unzählige Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten, etc.) Da in der kompletten Altstadt ein Autoverbot herrscht, liegt der Parkplatz etwas außerhalb der Altstadt (ca 5min zu Fuß). Das hat uns nicht gestört, wir waren froh, dass wir überhaupt einen Parkplatz hatten. Das Auto haben wir kaum gebraucht.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchen.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit des Apartments und des gesamten Gebäudes und auch der Stadt im Allgemeinen!
In Malcesine wir der Müll getrennt und selbst zu zentralen Entsorgungsstationen gebracht. Das macht dort jeder so, also war es für uns in Ordnung, unseren Müll selbst dort zu entsorgen. Bei der Abreise kann man einfach schnell mit dem Auto bei den Mülltonnen halten und müsste so nichtmal zu Fuß laufen.
Matteo und Andrea waren immer erreichbar und sehr darum bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu machen. Sogar mit dem Gepäck hat uns Andrea geholfen.
Die Stühle in der Wohnung sind zwar schick und passend zum Stil, jedoch sehr laut beim Verschieben. Vor allem die Nachbarn oben hört man hierdurch oft. Wir haben dies bereits zurückgemeldet und sind uns sicher, dass etwas dagegen unternommen wird, da den Gastgebern der Komfort der Gäste offensichtlich sehr am Herzen liegt.

The property had so much character and was in the heart of the historic town. Whilst it was in the midst of all the shops and restaurants, it was very quiet and no noise. The apartment was exceptionally clean and modern and perfect for us.
We loved it all!

Die Unterkunft war sauber und liegt zentral und ruhig in mitten der Altstadt von Malcesine. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Innenhof, wo wir gerne gefrühstückt haben und die Abende ausklingen lassen haben.
Insgesamt sehr einfache Wohnung. Es fehlte ein Kleiderschrank, und die Küche war spärlich ausgestattet. Für den Preis hätte ich erwartet, dass sie Wohnung alle zwei Tage sauber gemacht wird und man nicht selbst am Schluss den Müll noch wegbringen muss. Zudem war uns nicht bewusst, dass man nicht in der Nähe parken kann.

The staff and the hosts gave us a warm welcome, and helped us with the access codes which worked really well. They took good care of us during the stay. The location is good, and the apartments have nice facilities.
We stayed in the K1 apartment, which was partly below ground level. After a day we noticed that the air quality was really bad. The air was humid and the apartment smelled like a rotten cellar. We shared our complaints with the hosts, which moved us to another apartment in one of the upper floors the next day. This apartment was really nice, with good air quality and we are very thankful for the immediate response by the hosts. On the last day we were transferred back to the ground floor due to a new family moving in to the apartment we were moved to. We do think that there are an underlying issue with the ground floor that needs to be fixed.
