In a quiet, sunny, elevated position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: beautiful terraced garden (fenced), swimming pool (4 x 8 m, depth 90 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 2 cars). Bus stop 7.4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Spacious and bright, very comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV, digital TV, international TV channels, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Goede ligging met mooi uitzicht over het natuurgebied. Heerlijk zonnig terras. Wel wat verbeterpunten qua buiten stoelen , veel losse zwembadtegels die los op het terras lagen, pannen en salontafel. Paar zaken waren kapot maar overal fijne vakantieverblijf.
