Charming vacation apartment in an old farmhouse in the countryside of Verona, a few kilometers from Lake Garda and Valpolicella, famous for its wines and thermal baths. The accommodation consists of living room, bathroom, two bedrooms leading to the private garden (partially fenced). The area of Verona offers fascinating itineraries of artistic, historical, natural and oenogastronomic interest, and also sports of all kinds. Close to Verona (Unesco heritage), Lake Garda, vineyards, castles, a popular amusement park for a pleasant and interesting vacation. Freeway nearby.

Schön eingerichtete 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Erdgeschoss.
Noch recht neu oder frisch renoviert. Alles sehr gut gepflegt und super sauber. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Gasherd, Geschirrspüler, Gefrierschrank): alle wichtigen Kochutensilien und Elektrogeräte waren vorhanden und einsatzbereit.
Entertainment: Flat-TV mit Satelliten-Empfang, DVD-Player, schnelles Internet mit kostenlosem WLAN

Wohnzimmer
Vor der Wohnung befindet sich ein gepflegter Garten mit Tisch fürs Frühstück, hinter der Wohnung liegt der schöne und saubere Pool.
Einen Parkplatz gibt es auch auf dem eingezäunten Gelände.
Lage: liegt etwas außerhalb von Cavaion (ca. 2 km), umringt von Weinbergen. Etwa 10 min entfernt von Lazise und Bardolino. Liegt direkt an einer Schnellstraße, hat uns aber kein bisschen gestört.
Die Eigentümer sind unglaublich nett und total unkompliziert.
Einziger Minuspunkt: das Haus ist ziemlich hellhörig. Wir hatten eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Jungs über uns. Das war schon etwas laut.
FAZIT: erholsamer Aufenthalt in einer schönen Wohnung. Haben uns schnell heimisch gefühlt. Man ist aber auf einen fahrbaren Untersatz angewiesen.
