2-bedroom apartment with large private terrace, located in the modern Residence "Piopa 2" with pool, convenient to the city centre of Polpenazze del Garda.
The apartment, provided with free Wi-Fi, welcomes guests with the bright living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with German channels, a table with chairs and a fully fitted kitchen with an induction cooker hob, a fridge, a freezer, an oven, an orange juicer, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a microwave, a coffee machine and a toaster. The living room overlooks a beautiful terrace with pool view, equipped with a table with chairs to enjoy meals in the open-air. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with a queen size bed and a wardrobe each.
A full bathroom with a shower and a washing machine completes the apartment.
*The shared pool of the residence is available from the 15th of May to the 30th of September. Swimming cap is required.
*Air conditioning is present only in the living area, fans are present in the sleeping area.
*Guests can easily park their car in the parking place in front of the residence.
*Pets are not allowed.
*Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay, per item.

Die Ausstattung entspricht den Fotos. Hochwertige Möbel. Der Pool ist groß genug um Bahnen zu schwimmen. Auch für kleinere Kinder geeignet, da es breite Stufen gibt und das Wasser langsam tiefer wird. Ausreichend Geschirr. Bequeme Betten. Die Anlage ist teilweise dauerhaft bewohnt, teilweise Feriendomizil für Italiener. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Anlage liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes.
