Located in the center, 5 minutes away by foot from the restaurants of Place des Halles and the historic area of Vieux Tours, it allows you to enjoy the charm of the city, in a very quiet environment. Lovely, quiet apartment offering a blend of 'old Europe' and modern conveniences. Walking distance to the train and the main sights of Tours. Tours was also a great jumping-off point to other destinations in the Loire Valley.

The duplex was in a beautiful location and the updated features inside were wonderful. The building felt very safe and secure especially as I was traveling alone. It was just a short walk to many shops, restaurants, and attractions in Tours. I would absolutely return to Tours and stay here again!

The place is really nice and comfortable. It is within walking distance to downtown Tours. It has a well equipped kitchen for anyone who likes to cook.
It does have a lot of stairs but you get used to it. Nice cat visits from time to time.
