High up and yet with a direct connection to the public transport network in Titisee-Neustadt.
The bio-renovated Black Forest house is located "above" the HBF Titisee-Neustadt with a great view of the city center and Münster from Neustadt. The Black Forest house has been newly renovated and equipped with oriental elements, so that it is in a bright, homely condition.
The apartment has on the 1st Upstairs there is a well-equipped kitchen, a very large dining room with a wood stove, a bedroom with a double bed and a room with a single bed.
The modern bathroom has two sinks, bath and shower.
In the 2nd Upstairs there is a very large living room, a bedroom with a double and a single bed and a single room. There is also a bathroom upstairs. The apartment is accessible via an outside staircase.
The house has no elevator.

The house is two floors of a three-floor building. Entered by the metal staircase you can see in the picture. The interior is tasteful, and we found it well cared for.
The rooms are lovely and all the bedrooms are a good size. The living room and dining area are much larger than the photos suggest. The place is spacious, with lots of space for everyone. It was always warm and was very well insulated and heated.
The kitchen is pleasing and perfectly adequate for cooking for the number of people we had, essentially your standard holiday let kitchen.
The Wi-Fi was great, and we had no problems with it.
The house is fantastic for those who don't have a car as it's about 200m from the railway station. Moreover, because the owner is part of the Konus card scheme, you get free public transport for the Black Forest region for your stay. The train runs every half-hour to Freiburg, and several lovely towns are on the way - like Hinterzarten.
Neustadt is a sweet little town with an excellent bakery and a couple of good butchers. There is a fine restaurant called Klösterle, which is a must if you're staying here, although you'll need to book.
Behind the house is a path leading to the hills, and there are some fine walking and trail running routes. For those adventurous enough, there is a lovely walk/run to Titisee, and then it's easy to get back by train.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist für 9 Personen geeignet, es ist wirklich viel Platz vorhanden.
Die Zimmer sind toll, jedoch etwas hellhörig wegen der fehlenden Isolierung zwischen den Holzdecken.
Es ist alles vorhanden, auch die Waschmaschine, Kaffeevollautomat etc.
Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Very convenient location to local train station. Host was very responsive to any questions. He was quick to resolve one issue that arose during the stay.
