Very nice ground floor apartment with terrace and garden use in the middle of Tititsee-Neustadt. Elevated edge of the forest with a unique view of the mountains around Lake Titisee. Walking time to the lake: 10 minutes. Leisure opportunities such as action forrest and a fun pool are in the immediate vicinity.
Relax in the sunny garden, have breakfast on the covered terrace. In winter it is the idyllic place to practice winter sports on the Feldberg.

The apartment is spacious, well equipped, peaceful and has a lovely view from the garden. Owners very helpful.
Only a 10 minute walk to lakeside, beach area, restaurants etc. We had a lovely holiday!

Komfortable Wohnung, gut geeignet für die Ansprüche einer Familie mit 2 Kindern. Abseits des Trubels, dennoch ist man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß am See. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Man ist innerhalb von 10 Gehminuten am Titisee. Das "Einchecken" war dank der detaillierten Auskunft des Vermieters, wie die Schlüssel zu erhalten sind, ganz einfach. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Aufteilung und es gibt jede Menge Bücher und Spiele. Leider mussten wir bei der Sauberkeit Abstriche machen. In der Spülmaschine, die nicht spülte, befand sich noch Geschirr vom Vormieter. Im Bad hatte sich Schimmel an der Wand gebildet. Es wirkte auf uns, dass die Wohnung lange nicht gelüftet wurde. Wir können aber absolut verstehen, dass es in der Corona-Situation zu solchen Umständen kommen kann und möchten den Vermietern keinen Vorwurf deshalb machen. Die Situation ist für niemanden einfach. Wir haben für die Woche in der Unterkunft einfach das Beste daraus gemacht. Da wir sowieso viel im Schwarzwald draußen erleben wollten, haben wir uns sehr wenig in der Wohnung aufgehalten, überwiegend nur zum Schlafen. Die Schlafzimmer waren absolut in Ordnung. Aufgrund der vielen positiven vorherigen Bewertungen gehe ich davon aus, dass die Abstriche in der Wohnung nicht von Dauer sein werden.
