Villa Dora is a family owned four-star vacation rental property in Cavtat, Croatia.
It is located in the oldest part of downtown Cavtat surrounded by age old evergreens,
and just a minute s walk (40 meters) from the beaches on either side of the peninsula.
The owner, Mrs. Marina Bobić, is a registered tourist guide to the county and gladly
offers tips and advice to all her guests.

Marina is a wonderful host and the property is perfectly located in beautiful Cavtat. Great access to water and restaurants. Marina helped with excursions which made it easy. There was plenty of room and relaxing time in the courtyard. Highly recommended.

Perfect, this was a perfect place. This apartment itself is beautifully designed and decorated. Very functional with many, lovely details. Comfortable beds and sitting room furniture and several eating areas. Good, well equipped kitchen, immaculate bathrooms (great tile design), laundry room and machine worked great. We watched as pomegranates and lemons ripened on the trees in our.private yard. We met the turtles and the cats. House is nestled in the trees a bit above and away from any noise. Over coffee, our hostess offered many suggestions about the area to enhance our first visit to Croatia, including a tour of nearby Dubrovnik! Several paths through the hillside houses or along the seaside lead down to the Oceanside town of Cavtat. Four star restaurants on the small waterfront, friendly people and really amazing sunsets. I cannot praise our hostess enough, her knowledge of the area and culture enhanced our stay and her friendly response to questions and requests were welcoming more than any other host we have met. I could go on and on. Special people and place. I highly recommend!

This beautiful, immaculate, spacious apartment is in a stunning, peaceful and beautiful location. Your stay will be enhanced by Marina, the owner who was always lovely, incredibly helpful and simply delightful.Waking up only to the sounds of birds, with a view over the beautiful bay was a delight. You can breakfast on the terrace at the front in the shade, or in the sun in the rear garden. Sharing your stay with the many birds, and turtles, surrounded by wonderful greenery and gardens.The beach is only a short skip and a hop away, not crowded, with a restaurant for all your needs. A couple of minutes in the opposite direction takes you to the wonderful harbour of Cavtat, where you can take wonderful boat trips to the various Islands, or the beautiful Dubrovnik, or even other countries. You can eat at the various restaurants looking out over the harbour, watching the sun setting or the various yachts that moor there. Be sure to have an Ice cream or two (or several as I did), from a host of flavours.The people are lovely, the food scrumptious. Cavtat for us was perfect, we loved its gentleness, it's peace, and the lack of cars!!!!We had an idyllic holiday here, and cannot recommend it highly enough, the location is perfect, the apartment is stunning, and your host Marina is delightful. For sure we will be back.If you've already booked to stay here - lucky you. If your considering it, then book it now, before someone beats you too it.Marina, thank you for enabling us to have a wonderful amazing holiday. We most certainly will be back. I have already expressed my wish to stay for the whole of next summer, if only I can drum up enough friends and family to make it a possibility.
