Sunset view New apartment

The apartment is spacious, modern and very clean. The kitchen in particular is extremely well equipped. The view from the balcony across the bay to Dubrovnik is lovely. The walk up the hill from Cavtat is steep but it wasn’t a problem and only took us about 10 minutes and we’re in our late 70’s. The surrounding area is very quiet.

The apt was fitted with quality furniture and extremely comfortable.

There’s a slanted ceiling around the worktops at the kitchen so may not suit tall People.

Great location, really close to the airport (max 10 mins). Clean, spacious and well equipped. 3 large bedrooms and 2 good sized bathrooms. Washing Machine and Tumbler Dryer in 2nd bathroom. Large comfy beds. Really friendly and helpful host. Well appointed kitchen with Dishwasher and big fridge. Amazing views of the bay and Dubrovnik in the distance from the balcony. Short walk down hill to Cavtat sea front with all of its restaurants and cafes. (bit of a climb back up!!). A brilliant base to explore Croatia, Bosnia and Montenegro. Car parking space. Super friendly neighbourhood cats! 🐈 Book it, you won’t be disappointed!

This property on the upper end of the Cavtat hills has a marvelous view of the Adriatic and the lower portion of Cavtat. The unit, with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms plus kitchen and dining area, was on the second floor and was very modern, clean, quiet, and comfortable for us (3 couples). Each couple had a small rental car, and parking was adequate for all of us. We enjoyed the casual, easy lifestyle of Cavtat by walking to the main dining and shopping district on the waterfront every day. We felt like it was a very European experience to stay at this property.

1. The airport’s flight path was over this unit , but the planes are small, the number of flights is small, and they flew over only during the day. 2. The parking is a bit challenging unless your car is small - but it works. The town of Cavtat doesn’t have much parking, so we were glad to be able to park all three cars near the unit. Again, it is a very walkable town if you are healthy and able to climb. 3. The unit had only a Turkish coffee cezve (which none of us was comfortable using) or instant coffee, so we drank coffee in cafes rather than at the unit.
