About this apartment rental
Beautiful apartment located on prime beachfront and with spectacular views that you just can not miss! 2 bedrooms (queen and double) and 1 sofa bed, private pool and direct beach access. Just painted.
The apartment is a unique place to spend from a weekend to a vacation of extraordinary summer.
It has privileged views, the apartment is freshly painted / C with new furniture. You have all the necessary utensils to make life in it as kitchen utensils, towels, linens, shampoo, gel, toothpaste, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, etc ...
NOTE:
We have chrome-cast with which you can play the content of your mobile or tablet directly on television without the need for cables.
We also have an NESPRESSO coffee machine.
The terrace of the house, with direct views over the sea, is a unique place to dine by moonlight, take a paella after a good morning beach or enjoy a good breakfast watching the sunrise.
The house consists of two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a sofa bed that can sleep two people perfectly, two bathrooms (one of them is inside the master bedroom), open kitchen, dining / living room, TV and gallery where you can put washing and hanging clothes.
We have a parking space available.
The resort has a private pool with lawn which we are sure you will enjoy almost as much as the beach. Access to the beach is direct through it.
As you can see, the apartment has everything it takes to make your stay something really special.

The owner was amazing so helpful allowing us if we wished to stay on due to corona virus lockdown in Spain.
The apartment itself had everything you could imagine so very thoughtful we will recommend this apartment to everyone with direct access to the beach

Die Wohnung liegt am Strand, der durch ein Gartentor direkt vom Grundstück aus zu erreichen ist. Wunderbar geeignet für das morgendliche Schwimmen. Sie bietet alles, was man braucht und ist sehr ruhig. Mila hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert - besser geht es nicht! Alles was man braucht, findet sich in der Nähe (Apotheke, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger, Restaurants und ein Bauer verkauft jeden Abend seine Feldprodukte direkt in der Parallelstraße). Schöne Ausflugsziele locken ebenfalls (z.B. Valencia mit der schönen Markthalle).
Wir haben uns hier zwischen 11. und 25. September sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
Vielen Dank für die gute und großzügige Betreuung.

The Apartement lies directly on the beach to be reached by a garden gate. Delightfully for a swimming in the morning. The apartement offers everything you need.
Mila looked after us charmingly and very obliging.
Nearby you find a Pharmacy, baker, butcher, supermarket, restaurants and a farmer sells his field products every evening.
Nice destinations are good to reach (Valencia, Gandia etc.). we had a perfect holiday between 11th and 25th of September in Xeraco.

Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. Milla a toujours répondu à mes questions avec gentillesse. L'appartement est vraiment agréable.
L'environnement est génial.
Pouvoir accéder aussi facilement à la plage nous a vraiment ravi.
Adresse à conserver et à recommander.
