About this apartment rental

The Xeraco Park I apartment block is a complex located on the second line of Xeraco Beach, situated just 80 metres from the sand. The building has a large swimming pool with a children's pool surrounded by landscaped areas and has a squash court. This apartment is located on the fourth floor with a south-east facing terrace (with awning) with views of the sea, pool and common areas. It has three bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, two bathrooms (bathtub/shower tray), kitchen with gallery and spacious living-dining room with access to a lovely terrace with awning. Modern and functional furniture, with everything necessary to spend wonderful holidays. Parking space included in the price. Capacity 6/7 people.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!

Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages, either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of €28 non-refundable.

The Xeraco City Council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).

Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
