Penthouse Federico with lake view - Residenza Silvana

Das Penthouse ist in einer guten Lage (Nähe zur Fähre und Innenstadt)... Die Einfahrt auf den Parkplatz mit einem größeren Auto war sehr mühsam, aber mit viel Geduld dann machbar. Die Ausstattung ist super, man sollte sich allerdings vorab mit Lavazza Kaffee-Kapseln ausstatten. Die Zimmer sind bequem und gut ausgestattet. Alles war sauber. Der obere Balkon ist sehr gemütlich, man kann den Sonnenuntergang hier genießen. Alles in allem eine TOP Ferienwohnung zu einem fairen Preis Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat reibungslos über E-Mail und WhatsApp geklappt.

Keine Info vorab zur Kaffeemaschine. Einfahrt zum Parkplatz könnte ein bisschen breiter sein.

Jammer dat er geen vaatwasser was, al was het ook prima om een keer een afwasje te doen

We loved our stay. The apartment actually looks better in real life than the photos. A very nice apartment on the top floor of an attractive block in a good neighbourhood. Great to have secure parking. The location is ideal - it is very close to the lake - in fact glimpses of the lake can be seen from the windows. We loved walking along the lakefront at night.

We would have much preferred check-in using a key safe which is much more practical to use when travelling huge distances and not sure of arrival times, but we managed to arrange the meeting time fine. The girl we met was lovely! A minor point, but there were a lot of communications listing rules and regulations before arrival which came across as unwelcoming, but all fine in reality. More plug sockets and air con in the bedroom would be very welcome. There was air-con in the kitchen/living area but perhaps in need of a service.

Brilliant location, with stunning views and easy access to the lake and town. Friendly and helpful owners, the apartment had everything we needed.
