About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in a sunny and quiet area, near the city center and the lake, which are easily reachable on foot. It has large and sunny rooms to live your holidays in total freedom even if you are a large family. It overlooks the garden and private road and has independent access to the first floor. It is located in a private area that offers the calm needed for a good rest and a late morning awakening. It is composed of:
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, freezer, microwave, coffee machines and everything you need for the first necessities upon arrival;
- Living room with comfortable sofa and dining area with large table
- a double bedroom with a single mattress, one with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed and one with 3 single beds (or 1 double and 1 single). We also have a cot and a cot with bars, two high chairs and games for all ages. The bedrooms have a desk.
The two bathrooms are new and complete with shower and window. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are provided.
The outdoor area is equipped with garden furniture that offers comfortable relaxation, and the balcony is furnished for breakfast.
It is equipped with the safety tools required by law. Upon your arrival you will be welcomed by the owner who will show you the house and the characteristics of the place. an identity document is required for all guests.
We offer free parking in front of the house (or in the courtyard), 2 bicycles for adults and 2 bicycles for children (6 years).
Particular attention is paid to the cleaning and disinfection of the rooms and furnishings.
Nearby there are attractions for adults (swimming pools, golf, rowing, zip line, excursions) and for children (water park, climbing structures, Alpyland, Zip line). Maps and books for hiking or cycling excursions are provided. Should heating be necessary, the cost will be paid upon departure according to consumption.

Spacious, cool home in a quiet neighborhood

Carla and Renzo's house was perfect for our stay in Verbania. This place was exactly what we were looking for in that it was not in a very touristy area, had plenty of space for us all, had lots of amenities for kids and had wonderful helpful hosts that helped us enjoy our stay. The house was walkable to the old town part of Intra with strollers and provided a great perspective into how Italians lived their lives.
Carla was very helpful to make sure we had everything we needed. This included even upgrading their wifi to make sure I had no problems working remotely. There was a slight language barrier, but Carla and Renzo's cheerful attitude and Google Translate made it not a problem.
Our daughter loved playing in the yard including looking at the purple flowers, helping pick tomatoes with Carla and going down the slide.
Our son loved riding all the kids vehicles and got a great start at figuring out how to pedal on the tractor.
Verbania was a very beautiful area that had all kinds of fun activities to do. We enjoyed the ferry rides, the bucket chairlift, drives to nearby aerial trams in the Alps, going to nearby beaches in Feriolo, Cannero Riviera and Mergozzo. In particular I really enjoyed just walking through the old town of Intra and eating at the restaurants and of course the gelato.

We, 4 adults and 2 children had a very nice week holiday at carla and renzo. The reception was very warm, we were greeted with paste and homemade sauce. The apartment on the 1st floor is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, everything is top clean. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge for eating and playing. The old town and the lake are only 15 minutes away. Ferries, cable cars and starting points for hikes are within easy reach. Carla and Renzo were always able to help us with all our questions, thank you very much once again for the family welcome here in the apartment, we will often and gladly think back to the beautiful time.

A lovely spacious family accommodation in a residential area. About twenty minutes walk from the water front, shops and restaurants/bars. Carla and Renzo couldn't have been more helpful and kind (whilst being unobtrusive).
