Die FeWo war von der Lage zum Strand toll da man recht schnell dort war. Was uns leider fehlte war die Nähe zu fussläufigen Pizzerien und shopping Möglichkeiten. Man benötigte immer das Auto was schade ist.

The apartment is very well located for either a beach holiday or a touring holiday. The beach really is less than 200m and is easily accessible. There's a bar just round the corner and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Travel further afield (in a rented car) and there are dozens of locations of interest. (You shouldn't miss Paestum archaeological site and do visit at night.)
The apartment itself was large but had very little equipment - no kettle, toaster, etc. There were no basics such as soap, salt, cleaning fluids, etc. (It wasn't a cheap apartment) The owner was on site most days. The gardens around the flat were nice and spacious.
The point that annoyed me most was the last minute charge of 10 Euros per person for bedding and towels. That information only came the night before we travelled, so we paid. The linen and towels provided were a joke. The rattiest, smallest towels ever. I've never been charged for bedding and towels before. Penny-pinching like this ultimately works against an owner. I would suggest looking for other apartments along this coast that are available and more accommodating to international travellers. There are plenty.
