About this house rental
The farmhouse of 1700, renovated in 2012, with air conditioning, large kitchen / dining room with all comforts, the first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, the second one has a sofa bed 1 square and 1 / 2, for 1-2 people, the bathroom is shared with bath / shower, on the first floor there is another double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and separate access. From all the rooms you can access the wide "hay" of the house, on the first floor there is a terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful view. Private parking.
The access road to the house is on the ground, you can access it with any type of car.
The house is equipped with hot / cold inverter air conditioners powered by the photovoltaic system of the House.
The Casa Colonica is the ideal and strategic base for exploring all the characteristic towns of the Amalfi Coast (around 17 km): Vietri sul Mare (with its pottery), Cetara, Maiori, Minori, Amalfi, Positano, Ravello (with its Concerts), the Sorrento Coast (50 km), Cilentana Coast (45 km), Naples with its spectacular Vulcano "Vesuvio" (55 km), the famous archaeological sites of Pompeii (30 km) Ercolano (40 km), Paestum (45 km), Salerno (15 km) and its port you can reach the islands of Capri, Ischia and all the towns of the Amalfi Coast.
A place out of the chaos and frenetic life of the city.
The Farmhouse is reachable by car:
- using the Caserta Salerno highway towards Avellino, exit Salerno
- Or the Salerno Avellino junction exit Fisciano.
The access road is dirt.
The rural building is subdivided into two completely independent units, the portion of Dwelling House is for the exclusive use of the guest.
The neighbor, Mr. Rosina, who lives in agriculture, has different types of animals, such as hens, pigs, small dogs and cats. Dogs and cats are free.

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay here. A large, well equipped, warm, comfortable space with character, access to half of the front patio (shared with friendly neighbour’s dogs and cats), as well as the upstairs room and terrace if needed. Ideally located for walking and exploring this chestnut farming region and mountains, close to village shop and bars and also near enough for day trips to archaeological sites. Perfect.

What a lovely property in a peaceful location! It’s only 15 minutes to Salerno, so the Amalfi Coast is right there, and we found this to be a great base to explore from. The house is basic but has everything you need, with the hosts being very accommodating of requests and quickly responsive to questions during our stay. The property is connected to another house, and the lady who lives there owns the farm that surrounds the house, she is lovely and friendly, she speaks only Italian so it was difficult to communicate with her but she welcomed our children and enjoyed watching them play with the dogs and cats that roam the farm. Overall a really lovely spot to stay with wonderful views and nature all around.

Super Gastgeber, ein sehr schönes Landhaus, mit Blick auf die Bergen, 30-40 Minuten zu paradiesische Strände. Äusserst zu empfehlen auch für Familien mit Kinder.
