Residenza Centopietre - Dorsoduro by Wonderful Italy

Its was very central, the bed was very comfortable and the house was quiet as regards to the other residents.

Windows had obscure glass and I could not seem to open them. The wardrobe had only 4 hangers and I could have brought some if I thought there was so few. The outside noise was very loud some nights, it’s not the fault of the residence though, it’s just the location. I would have liked a fresh floor mat for the shower.

Assistenza discutibile. Già in fase di check-in la procedura è lunga ed inutilmente complicata. Rimanda a diversi link e lascia l'impressione che sia rimasto qualcosa di incompleto. All'arrivo, pur essendo ampiamente oltre l'ora minima richiesta per il check-in, la camera non era ancora pronta. Non essendoci personale presente, la risoluzione del problema ha comportato ulteriore tempo e numerosi contatti telefonici. Poi tutto si è concluso per il meglio (ci è stato offerto anche un late check-out come parziale compensazione), resta però la sensazione spiacevole di entrare in una camera sporca e non preparata per il soggiorno concordato. Una ulteriore pecca era il giardino: sarebbe un ottima risorsa (specialmente in previsione della stagione più calda) ma gli arredi sono vecchi e sporchi e soprattutto non funziona la luce durante le ore serali.

Très bon rapport qualité prix et très bon emplacement. Tout près du pont Academia donc très facile de rejoindre le cœur de Venise (10/15’) et en même temps un peu retiré donc calme pour la nuit
