Très bon rapport qualité prix et très bon emplacement. Tout près du pont Academia donc très facile de rejoindre le cœur de Venise (10/15’) et en même temps un peu retiré donc calme pour la nuit

Great location right in the middle of Dorsoduro, near the Academia. Not in the crazy busy area but very lively area with lots happening around. Lots of good places to eat and visit nearby, and good distance to many things in Venice. It's a 30 min walk from the main bus/metro terminal, but only 5 mins from water taxi stops (~10€ ride). The entrance and common areas are quite charming, with a shared microwave and refrigerator split for each room.
The residence was a bit tricky to find at first but easy after getting there a few times. The host sends very detailed directions with pictures, and Google maps does take you to the front door. There is a nice shared outdoor patio but the lights were not working for night time use.

The room is cozy, in a very central location, though there aren't many tourists and disturbances. The apartment was renewed recently, and had a really good bathroom.
