Das Apartment liegt mitten in der Altstadt (Fußgängerzone) und doch ruhig. Klar - es wird 5x am Tag zum Gebet gerufen - aber das gehört dazu. Über eine schmale Wendeltreppe im Freien gelangt man auf die großzügige Dachterrasse. Von doch hat man einen beeindruckenden Blick.
Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich und betreibt unten tagsüber ein Café.

Apartamentul este situat pe o stradă pietonală fermecătoare, in Orașul Vechi Famagusta, deasupra barului și magazinului administrat de gazda noastră!Strada atât de animata ziua și atât de liniștită noaptea! Apartamentul este foarte spațios, foarte curat și amenajat bine pentru un sejur!internetul a funcționat perfect!Este dotat cu doua balcoane spre strada și încă o terasa la care ai acces deasupra, de unde poți vedea tot orașul!Am fost cazați doua seri ,iar în acest timp am simțit că suntem oaspeți undeva la cineva din familie! Doga și familia sa ne-au ajutat încă de la sosire, pe o vreme extrem de urâtă, ne-a adus cu mașina de la vama, iar la plecare din nou ne-a dus cu mașina,până la autobuz.Stiam din filme despre amabilitatea și căldura turceasca, dar ei chiar sunt un model de gazde! În tot timpul cât am fost oaspetele lor, ajutorul și micile atenții ne-au făcut sejurul tot mai plăcut.Contactul prin mesaje sau direct, plus băuturile și gustările din camera sau de la barul de jos, plus sfaturile de călătorie, ne-au făcut să ne simțim bineveniți și în siguranță!Ce ne-am fi putut dori mai mult! Mii de mulțumiri gazdelor și sper sa ne mai revedem?

Great location and a lovely place to stay. The host, Doga, was so friendly and helpful and the apartment was spotlessly clean. There was coffee, tea, water, complimentary crisps and biscuits all provided. Toiletries and towels also provided. We will return at some point for another stay at Malia guest house.
