About this apartment rental
Freshly decorated in April2012,the apartment boasts 3 double bedrooms with built in wardrobes, a bathroom with shower,a separate shower room with additional toilet, a fully fitted kitchen, CD, DVD player, and internet with a box for netflix for watching unlimited films and tv.There is an outdoor seating area and large bbq.
Just off the large terrace and a few steps away is the large 20 m swimming pool with covered BBQ area, overlooking the stunning countryside. To the side of the complex is a play area and landscaped gardens.
The apartment is situated in the fishing village of Leopetri, a 25 minute drive from Larnaca airport. A 5 minute walk takes you into the village which caters for everything you need - a selection of tavernas and shops, supermarket, post office, bank and pharmacy.
A car is essential, and there is a garage space attached to the apartment.
A 5 minute drive will take you to the deserted beaches of Potamus or a bit further down the same coastal road is Ayia Napa. 10 minute drive to Paralimni or 15 minutes to Protarus, another lively resort.

I have been to this property3 times now and look forward to it, it offers everything - seclusion and chill lout time if you want it and then hop in the car down the gorgeous coastal road and you're in the heart of the tourist area. Lots of bars, shops restaurants if you want it, water park on the doorstep and lots of nice roads to drive off the beaten track. It's very safe, the children love it and the apartment is clean, modern and fresh and easy to maintain. Plus the neighbours on the complex are so helpful and full of local knowledge to help you find the best deal in the shops.It's a real taste of cyprus

Absolutely loved it here such a lovely place. The apartment was ideal for my family and a great location with not far to travel from the airport. The apartment was very clean and spacious with everything we needed. The owner was very friendly and helpful. This was our first visit to this area and I will certainly be returning again. The area itself is ideal for families, plenty to do and all close by.

As a single mum it's important to find somewhere safe where me and my little boy can relax in safety. This apartment was just the place, the owners who live on it all year round were super friendly and helpful, there was always someone to chat to. The apartment was described perfectly- spacious, clean and in a beautiful quiet village, yet within 5 minutes in the car we were at the Waterpark or Ayia Napa. There are so many beautiful beaches along this coast road we could have spent the week going to a different spot every day.
The directions from the airport were easy too and it helped driving on the same side of the road as us, they had left a pack in the room with details of places to go, local supermarkets etc which was also very helpful for me
We had a fabulous time, there were lots of activities in the apartment for my little boy and the restaurants were so child friendly, some nights it was nice to chill out in the apartment and watch tv, other times were went out- I will definitely be going back.
