About this lodge
Orchard Lodge, occupies a secluded site, hidden behind a retirement estate, in a riverside village, with landscape views.
It is just 4 miles, 10-15 minutes drive to York's ancient walls alternatively, it is only 2miles to York's excellent Park & Ride or a 30 minute cycle ride to get into the ancient centre of York.
Two ensuite bedrooms, open plan dining room / lounge, TV / NOW stick for digital TV
5* Kitchen: dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge, gas cooker, iron, hairdryer
Pine table + chairs, cutlery / crockery / glassware x 6
Linen/towels included HW/CH 24/7, basic provision of Toilet roll, Handwash soap, and dishwasher tablets provided.

Lovely peaceful location. We saw an owl in the field opposite. Richard was very helpful when we had an issue with the cooker.
