Noisy room on front of building adjacent to busy road.
Absence of staff on site post check in.
Limited and non guaranteed parking at rear.
Inadequate explanation of breakfast facilities and meaning of “Grab and Go”. Congested self service area, limited choice and limited seating around one communal table immediately outside a bedroom on ground floor and adjacent to reception desk.
