About this house rental
The village dating back to the fifteenth century includes some completely renovated rural structures surrounded by greenery. Located on the top of a hill in the heart of Chianti, the village is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. It is possible to reach the most important cities of art in a short time. San Gimignano, Siena and Florence.
The structure maintains the original characteristics of a barn used in the past by the peasant families who lived in the village. Completely renovated in 2014, it has a double access: one from the back, where there is access to a small living room, with a staircase that leads to the upper floor and the first double bedroom with bathroom, and the other from the garden, facing the pool, where you have direct access the kitchen, the second double bedroom and the second bathroom. In the kitchen you will find the staircase leading to the lower floor. The common area is a large terraced garden where there are chairs and tables, a barbecue area and the 6x12m swimming pool from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the Chianti Classico hills.

I come at Maridas for 12 years. The place is wonderful and the flat very confortable. IT's very well located between Siena and Firenze and with a view on san giminiano. Marida is very kind and up to make pleasure.
