Three-room apartment for 4 people: the apartment, approx. 64 sqm, is located on the first floor and consists of a covered terrace with a wonderful panorama, living room, satellite TV, separate kitchen, a large bedroom with double bed, a small bedroom with bunk beds (2nd Single beds), bathroom with shower. Wireless Internet access.
Monteverdi is a small medieval village at 350 meters above sea level. M., whose origins date back to the 8th Century when the Palazzuolo monastery was built. It is a quiet place where you can relax and enjoy breathtaking views. It is located on the hills along the Etruscan coast, 27 km from Marina di Castagneto Carducci and Donoratico, famous beach villages. Bolgheri, world famous for its wine, is 30 km away. Some other beautiful and interesting medieval towns like Volterra, Massa Marittima and Populonia (Etruscan ruins) are 40 km away. Pisa 90 km.
The property is 250 meters from the village (where there are restaurants, bars, a grocery store and a pharmacy) and consists of 2 buildings with 6 apartments each. At guests' disposal a swimming pool (10x6 mt, open May-September), parking.
The price includes gas, electricity, water, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, WiFi. Possible use of heating after fees.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'emplacement du logement. Petit village à 10 minutes à pied, 45 minutes de la mer. Terrasse avec vue magnifique sur la montagne. Par contre logement très mal insonorisé. On entend beaucoup les voisins marcher, parler, faire couler l'eau en journée et la nuit. Beaucoup de chiens dans le village qui aboient tout le temps. Merci pour l'accueil malgré notre heure d'arrivée très tardive.
