About this house rental
The house, 75 square meters, is newly built, surrounded by olive, oak and pine trees. It is independent, far from noise, noise and water, atmospheric and local pollution. It consists of a dining room kitchen, fully furnished with fridge, electric oven, dishwasher, table, chairs, sofa bed, TV and fireplace. The master bedroom is large and equipped with wardrobes. The bathroom has a large shower and a sink complete with small drawers and a large mirror. The house also has an attic of about 16 square meters complete with a sofa bed for two people, clothes hangers and a large chest of drawers. The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms. The outdoor area is equipped with table, chairs, barbecue and armchairs for sunbathing. Guests can take walks in the vast park surrounding the house if they wish.

We had a lovely week with Luigi and Franca. They are such nice hosts. We would be greeted with a delicious tiramisu and a bottle of wine. We had such lovely conversations with Luigi and got lots of tips from him for nice trips. The house is everything as described and furnished so that you can feel comfortable in it. Thank you again for the wonderful time we were able to spend with you, Monika and Michael

Franca and Luigi are extraordinary hosts and made us feel like home in Tuscany the moment we arrived until we left. The location is perfect to visit around Lucca, Florence and Montecarlo is a nice little village with all commodities close by. The house had everything we needed, we felt very safe. All spotless clean, confortable bed, air conditioning if needed. We even had a basket of fruit, bottle of local white wine and Franca's amazing tiramisu awaiting at our arrival. Luigi gave us many information on sites to visit and was readily available if we needed something.
Thank you so much Franca and Luigi and we will hopefully see you again soon.

Lovely and spaceous holiday home. Very friendly hosts. Lovely surroundings and good starting point for excursions to the attractions of Lucca, Pisa and Florence.

We stayed at this house for 9 days end of september and enjoyed it very much.
The owners have been very friendly, open and hospitable.
At arrival they showed us arround and kindly explained how everything works.
The house lies next to their own and has its own terrace. We were free to use all of their property. The house is newly build, modern and equipped with everthing needed.
The bed is very comfortable but for very tall people it might be worth mentioning it's a 2p. mattress of 1,90m long.
From the house it is a 15-20 min. walk to the lovely town centre, were you can also find a couple of restraurants. In a nearby bigger town (5-10 min. drive) you can find multiple supermarkets.
It's situited very convient to visit; Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Cinqe Terre etc. and of course the beach. Everything is menageble by car but can also be done by train, as we did for the visit to Florence. The nearby town has a trainstation which might be a bit far to walk, so we parked our car there (lots of parking space for free, 5 min. drive)
The owner speaks exellent English and is happy to help out with anything and provide you with all the info you want, which restaurants to try, what places to visit etc.
