Quiet and comfortable 2 bedroom – 2 bathrooms apartment located on a quiet pedestrian street in the very heart of Valencia City's downtown. Very close to the Town Hall sq that you will see from the sitting room window.

It has a very quick Wifi internet access (50MB), Air Conditioning in the whole apartment and traditional cuisine full equipped (microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine), where you can enjoy the most wonderful vacations in Valencia.

The apartment was super clean and in a great location. Many restaurants within 2 blocks. Also a mini market a block away. We recommend this apartment.

Great location on a pedestrian street, plenty of beds, nice view from the living room windows. Washer/dryer was a little confusing to operate, even though the host gave us a quick tutorial, we were exhausted from traveling and weren’t really paying attention.

Spacious apartment in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Unit was clean, bedrooms were quietly isolated away from the street noise, and the location was excellent for walking to all the major parks and attractions in the old section of Valencia. We really appreciated the 6 nights we stayed.We recommend to the host that she provides instructions in the unit for operating appliances (like the washer/dryer and dishwasher) and the a/c so guests can use them efficiently. If any amenity, like a tv, needs special instructions to connect and operate, they should also be provided. Please include any exit requirements so your guests can plan their final day. In all the VRBOs we have stayed around the world, such information has been included in the language of the guest.Again, our appreciation to the host for a great experience.

Nice property, 4th floor, good view. Elevator, large and nice living room. The 2 bedrooms are quite small (no easy passage between the wall and the bed. Not a choice if you have troubles in walking or on a wheelchair). The 2 bathrooms do not have a window and so does the kitchen (non window there too). We had lost our keys apt and we had to solve the problem all by ourselves (no real help from the tenant or the assistant to the tenant). Nevertheless, Valencia is a great city, very green and family friendly, higlhly recommended. :-)
