The apartment is in the most perfect location, just outside the old city gates, so everything is easy—shopping, transportation, and sightseeing. The front of the building is on a main thoroughfare, but the apartment is on the back side, quiet and peaceful, with a terrace overlooking the old city gates and the botanical garden. Our hosts were absolutely lovely and exceptionally helpful.

This apartment is only a short walk to the old town so very well situated. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need or want in a rental. It has a lovely outlook from the balcony and is very spacious. Our hosts were so welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend this apartment.

We had a slight delay in our flight and arrived at 23:00 hours in the evening, but that was no problem, The owner was awaiting us at the door and showed us around in the appartment. He even filled the fridge with fruits, wine and bread, butter, cheese and cured ham for our breakfast. The appartment is located on the 9th. floor (elevator available) and has a beautifull view over the old city center which is at walking distance. The appartment is very well equiped with everything you have in your own home. We had a absolute great time in the appartment and it is a definitve tip for future bookers. If we go back to Valencia some day, we will certainly book this lovely appartment again. Thank you Hanibal and wife for having us.
