About this villa rental
The villa is located a few minutes from Desenzano del Garda, located in a hilly area overlooking the lake, is in a context of 10 villas where car access is in common but the entrances and parking are dedicated and private. Composed on the ground floor a large living room with an 8-seater table and a large sofa. The kitchen is separate and is equipped with all appliances, furnished with a table of 6/8 seats.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, two with a queen bed, and one double, two rooms have a balcony overlooking the private garden and has a beautiful lake view, all rooms are air conditioned and TV.
On the second floor the loft area of 35 sqm with exposed wooden beams houses a double bed and a sofa bed, has access from single rooms, and is equipped with air conditioning and TV.
The villa has exclusive ownership of two gardens, the first located at the back of the house with an exclusive porch with an 8-seater table and barbecue, the porch is completely covered by an electrically controlled sun awning.
The second raised garden, offers a panoramic lake view, houses the heated sea water swimming pool with 8 deck chairs and a shower, with a large fully lit gazebo furnished with table and chairs.
The villa has two garages and additional parking spaces.
For guests there are two comfortable bicycles for those who want to reach the supermarket.

My family and I had a great time at Villa Garden - great location (close to town and with elevated views of the area), relaxing pool and super clean. Massimo and Elisa were amazing hosts - very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic week at this gorgeous villa which was beautifully furnished,spotless and very well appointed. Max and his family were extremely helpful throughout our time and helped with recommendations for restaurants, parking and even running routes.We will definitely come back to this stunning villa.

It’s better than the listing shows. The house is very spacious and well equipped and the outside area excellent. The pool is a delight!

This villa is top-class and far better than the impression that the website gives. It is luxury luxury!! It has been well-thought out with attention to detail and good quality materials used in all areas. It is in a quiet, rural small gated community. The swimming pool is stunning with amazing views over Lake Garda.Overall, we were not disappointed in the slightest and this villa would be our first consideration if we decided to come back to Lake Garda.You will not find a better or more helpful host than Massimo in the whole of Europe! We needed a baby high-chair so he went out and bought one - awesome!My whole family would highly recommend this villa.Brian
