Stefano Villa is a splendid villa located in Moniga del Garda, on Lake Garda, immersed in an oasis of tranquillity within a large plot of land where nature reigns supreme. Partially renovated in 2018 and completed in 2025, this house represents the perfect choice for a holiday focused on relaxation.
The living room, elegant and welcoming, is equipped with a spacious lounge area with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and a warm fireplace. The modern and fully equipped kitchen offers ample space for cooking together and sharing special moments.
The villa has three bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, while the third is equipped with two single beds. Guests can use two bathrooms with a shower. The air conditioning system is arranged as follows: one split in one of the double bedrooms, one in the corridor serving the three rooms, and one in the living room.
The villa is completed by the delightful dining area, characterized by a large panoramic window, where it is possible to enjoy meals in a refined environment around an elegant table with high-quality chairs. From here, you can directly access a spacious terrace, equipped with a table and chairs, and a charming garden with a private pool, embellished with palm trees, orange trees, and olive trees. This garden with a pool is a true corner of peace and represents the beating heart of the villa, inviting you to spend the entire day outdoors.
The large equipped terrace is ideal for moments of conviviality, where it is possible to enjoy meals outdoors or organize barbecue dinners. The property offers outdoor parking spaces for two cars and one in the garage, with the specification that electric vehicles cannot be charged using domestic energy.

Die Villa verfügt über einen schönen Garten und hat eine gute Aufteilung der Zimmer. Bei Ankunft am Haus wurde alles gründlich gereinigt.
Der Service von Garda Fewo ist wie immer TOP. Auf Anfragen wird sofort und schnell reagiert. Das Team ist immer ansprechbar.
Viele Details im Garten müssten repariert werden. Das Badezimmer ist für 6 Personen im OG sehr klein. Es gab leider kein einheitliches Geschirr für die Anzahl der Personen und es waren keine Reinigungsmittel vor Ort um zumindest das nötigste zu reinigen.

The house was just perfect for one week of family holiday. A bit off the road it was in the middle of vineyards, with a huge terrace, big pool and garden. There is even a bbq! The lake is about 30min walk away, and a good selection of supermarkets in short driving distance. The agency was easily reachable. Top tip: bring mosquito spray and plugs for the house
