About this house rental
At the entrance to the remarkable site of Pointe d'Arradon, in the heart of the village of Pratmer. (400 m from the edge of the Gulf of Morbihan, the market, shops and the center of Arradon). Ideal location for starting tours, hiking by the Gulf or boat trips, kayaking or paddle boarding (rentals at the marina 400 m away).
With 25 years of experience in welcoming holidaymakers to Arradon, we now offer three non-terraced houses equipped for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Each has a fully enclosed private garden, guaranteed privacy and tranquility.
Large living room (two leather sofas, large screen TV, wood stove).
Two bedrooms (one 160/200 bed and two 90/200 beds) each with a bathroom (sink and shower) WC on each floor. Quality linen provided (cotton percale).
Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, full equipment.
Large 37m2 terrace with garden furniture, 3/4 seater jacuzzi, barbecue, dining area, relaxation area. Access between the gardens of the houses possible on request.
Cleaning included on your departure. From here everything can be done on foot, visits, shopping, market ... If you arrive by train, we will welcome you at the Vannes train station. Car rental at the Super U of Arradon, bus departure 150 m.

Cette location est absolument conforme à l'annonce.
Les propriétaires sont accueillants, sympathiques et bienveillants.
La maison est agréable et moderne : récente, propre, bien décorée, literie de qualité, grande cuisine totalement équipée et une terrasse au top dont jacuzzi et barbecue.
Le jardin est complètement clos. Ce qui a permis à notre boule de poils de bien profiter des extérieurs en toute sécurité.
Maison située dans un quartier calme, proche du centre d'Arradon (boulangerie, boucher, restaurants, ...).
Situation et conditions idéales pour découvrir le magnifique Golfe du Morbihan.

Modern and very well presented property. Immaculate private garden with hot tub. Barbecue supplied with charcoal was popular in the glorious weather during our stay.
Close to the village so a short walk for fresh bread and croissants in the morning and a pleasant stroll to the marina and beach.
Excellent attention by the owners who live alongside. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wishing to explore this beautiful part of Brittany.

Maison moderne, très propre et bien équipée. Literie et linges de très bonne qualité. Propriétaires extrêmement sympathiques, discrets mais très attentionnés et disponibles. Excellent séjour dans un lieu magnifique.
