About this house rental
At the entrance of Pointe d'Arradon in the heart of Pratmer village. 400 m away from the gulf, the market, and shopping facilities in Arradon. Perfect departure point for your visits, hikes and boat trips in the gulf, to go kayaking or paddle (equipment can be rented at the marina 400 m away). We have 25 years of experience in welcoming holidaymakers in Arradon. We offer three detached houses equipped for a comfortable stay. Each house features a private, enclosed garden, and assures privacy and quietness. There is a living room (with 2 leather sofas, a large screen TV, and a wood burning stove), two bedrooms (one 160 x 200-cm bed and two 90 x 200-cm beds), each with a bathroom (washbasin and shower), and a toilet on each floor. Quality bed linen is provided (cotton percale). There is a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a large 37-m² terrace with garden furniture, a Jacuzzi for 3-4 people, a barbecue, a dining area, and an area to relax. There is access between the gardens upon request. Cleaning included. From here, you can reach everything by foot, trips, grocery shops, markets. If you arrive by train, we will welcome you at Vannes station. Car rental in Arradon and bus station 150 m away.

Arradon restaurants nearbye.Boat trip from Vannes around the Golfe du Morbihan very enjoyable.House very well presented with added bonus of a jacuzzi.All in all the perfect stay with perfect weather.The nearby veterinary recommended by our hosts was excellent.A big thanks to Mr and Mrs Martin.

Just returned from two weeks holiday where we stayed in this lovely house. On arrival the house was spotless and our hosts Catherine and Dominique were there to great us. We made good use of the hot tub in a relaxing and private garden. Parking was excellent behind locked gates at the front of the house. The Gulf of Morbihan is a wonderfully scenic area and only about 400 metres away. The village centre is also about a five minute walk and has everything you may need and if you need more there is a large supermarket near by (about 5 minutes drive.)Everybody in the bars, restaurants, shops and the locals were very friendly and welcoming. Regular buses run to Vannes where you can catch the train to many destinations including Paris. Thank you to our hosts Catherine and Dominique who were great and we hope to be able to return at some point in the future.

The house was modern and spacious. It was comfortable and well furnished with a lovely space outside to relax in.
Set in the beautiful Morbihan with the coast a few minutes away there was plenty to see in the area.
Our hosts, Catherine and Dominique, were charming, helpful and full of useful information on the area.
We look forward to staying again in the future.
