The property boasts an excellent position with a burn running along just outside the fence. It has a secluded rear garden which has been made secure. The property has its own outdoor hot tub on the large deck. This is a very spacious property and there is parking at the front for 2 cars.

We had a great time playing golf and enjoying Aviemore and the surrounding area. The house was a great base and everything perfect for us. Great house and would recommend this house to families or groups of friends

Property is fantastic! Very spacious, comfortable housed our group of 7. Pool table, sauna and hot tub were an added bonus. Good location to walk into aviemore itself. Absolutely no complaints!
