Exactly as expected. Spacious and clean living, in a good location only 10 minutes walk from Aviemore centre. Staff were pleasant for what little I needed to interact with them.

Close to Aviemore town centre so easy to walk places and has parking
The room is very basic and much more dated than photos suggest. It's more like a static caravan type lodge rather than a modern apartment. It's also much smaller than photos suggest. I complained to reception that there had been a dog in the room prior to our arrival, but it hadn't been properly cleaned as I am allergic and my eyes were streaming and swollen. This isn't stated on booking and it doesn't appear that they have dog/non dog rooms. I was offered an apology from reception but nothing else
