Vittorio Emanuele FIliberto, a few blocks away from the historically famous Piazza Vittorio and from the basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano. From the subway station Manzoni, to 20 meters away, the major points of interest of the city are easily reachable. The Colosseum, the Imperial Holes, and the Domus Area are 10 minutes away from the house. The area is rich with ethnic or typical restaurants, mini markets open 24 hours a day, pharmacies, bars serving breakfast, and shops of all kinds. A few minutes away from Piazza Vittorio there is the historical Esquilino Market where it is possible to buy food from all corners of the world. TV set can be easily watched. Those who would like to enjoy a relaxing activity can take advantage of the library where they can read one of the books. The kitchen is connected to the Nespresso coffee machine, where it will be possible to prepare meals that will be eaten in the adjacent dining room. The communal spaces presents furniture of high quality, created by major Italian designers. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, one of which has a mezzanine, elegantly outfitted and can hold six people, and a spacious bathroom with all the services. On the second floor there is a bedroom with an iron double bed and antique furnishings, a hallway with a closet and a bathroom. An exercise bike and bench press in the house, complete the services that our apartment offers to its guests.

We so enjoyed our stay and this property (and owner) lived up to expectations. We had 6 adults and 1 18 month old and had comfortable room for all of our needs. Highly recommend!

Chiara was a wonderful host, very tentative and easy to communicate with. The apartment is large and was very comfortable for 5 adults. It wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped, specifically the downstairs bathroom which had stains on the ceiling 😔 the location is good but not perfect, it is close to the colosseum but we had to take an Uber to almost any other location. Next time I would look for a location closer to the water if possible. Overall it was a very good vacation and if the apartment would be a little bit better maintain I would go back.

This apartment exceeded our expectations, extremely spacious but cozy and situated within a short walk (or the Metro if preferred) of the colloseum. The apartment was stylish and well appointed and was exactly what we were hoping for. Also, the instructions and use of What's App made finding and getting into the apartment quick and easy! After driving in the Amalfi coast it was a relief to have a parking garage close by and be able to walk to all the attractions, actually a car was completely unnecessary. There are several very good restaurants nearby, a mini market, and a gelato place next door. I would definately stay again.
