Our property consists of two apartments that overlook a private courtyard.
It is the best choice for families traveling together or for groups of friends: it has outdoor space where guests can spend time together ensuring privacy at bed time.
Guests have access to the courtyard where dinner together in sunny days, to the terrace with synthetic grass, sun chairs and barbecue and to the gazebo.
The property consists of two apartments that overlook a private courtyard, just a few meters from each other.
The apartment A is composed of 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with Jacuzzi, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a private bathroom with shower, a large living room and a spacious kitchen.
The apartment B consists of a bedroom with 3 single beds and a private bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a living room and a kitchenette.
Brand new latex memory foam mattresses for your best rest.
Private parking, air conditioning, WIFI internet connection, safe, washing machine, iron and ironing board complete the services offered.
PRICE IS FOR BOTH APARTMENTS.
A € 30,00 late check in fee will be required for arrival later than 09:00pm.
It has to be payed in cash at check in time.
Self check later than 11:00 pm is available by access code key lockers upon request and previously informed.
The access codes will be sent after receiving a copy of the identity documents of each guest, as required by Italian authorities.
Rome City Tax: on 2023 July 17th the municipality of Rome decided to increase the Tourist Tax from 1st October 2023, from € 3.50 to € 5.00, per person per night. Children under 10 are excluded. The tax is charged to anyone staying in any overnight accommodation inside the city boundaries. The fee, not included in the total rate, must be paid cash at check in time.

Very comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, kitchens not particularly well equipped but we didn’t really use them, excellent little courtyard between the two apartments, generally a good stay. Cornelia metro stop gives quick access to the whole city. ( The walk there takes at least ten minutes along a hot and busy main road so I was glad our children were old enough to take it in their stride. Wouldn’t fancy it with small children).

Plenty of space for the seven of us to spread out. Massimo met us as promised and explained the property’s rules as well as provided advice on how to travel safely in Rome. The property is very well organized with meticulously illustrated instruction manuals which answered all of our questions. If you visit Rome, we highly recommend this property!!!

We loved outr stay here, it was perfect for our family of 5 adults and one 10 year old. The apartments are about a 10 minute walk to the Metro, which takes you wherever you want to go in Rome. We always felt safe in the area. We rented a minivan and the parking was perfect and gated. Right down the street is a great restaurant which was nice when we were back early and didn't want to venture far to eat.
The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. Such a pretty place with all the flowers and plants, and the upstairs deck was perfect for a night of drinks.
Massimo was a great with communication and greeting us when we arrived. We felt lucky to stay there!
