The apartment is a great place, has ALL modern conveniences necessary, including dishwasher, washer, dryer and 4 televisions, none of which plays anything other than French language programs. So if you need news in English(BBC,CNN, Aljezer) you are out of luck.
The apartment is lovely with great decor. However there is NO SOAP if you want to run the dishwasher, do the laundy or take a shower. Strictly bring EVERYTHING you need. The refrigerator and ice box had an awful odor, the shower was not clean and there was only 1 towel left for each person. No wash cloths, no bar of soap, no shampoo. The neighborhood is being"upgraded" so lots of construction. It was difficul to access on initial check in but after we knew what we were doing it was easy. It's safe, quiet and an easy walk into Old City Rouen but at present not much charm. However we were able to befriend the wine store owner, as well as the boulangerie, fromagerie and charcuterie, but it took a little effort to find them. Would I stay here again? Im not certain, but i wouldnt rule it out. I think mostly the place needs a little love.

Asunto on erinomaisella paikalle, se on siisti, hyvin varusteltu, tilava ja sopii hyvin kahdelle pariskunnalle tai perheelle. Oma pysäköintipaikka on suuri helpotus.
